More often than not, our reactions, emotional responses, and even thoughts have a basis in something subconscious. Throughout our lives we are conditioned by our upbringing, society and experiences.

This is not necessarily good or bad, but it’s time to stop living unconsciously. It’s time to become aware of the beliefs, processes, and thoughts you are blindly taking into your mind and body on a regular basis.

It’s time to start choosing what you are allowing to become a normal process or thought in your life.
